
Volunteer
We are looking for 15-20 volunteers to assist the Lodi Arts Foundation in building our first float for the Lodi Light Parade on Thursday, December 5th!
We will be doing workdays on the following dates:
November 23 & 24, 10a-2p (Location TBD)
December 1-5 (Location TBD)
+ December 5th (Parade Day)

Donations Needed:
100ft Rope Lights (x4)
8x8 Pop-up tent (to borrow)
Hay bales (6)
White quilt batting for “snow”
Generators (3)
4x8 Plywood Sheets (any width, 6 sheets)
Float skirting (purple)
Decor & Costumes
On the Float: the float will be decorated like the North Pole, with toys & elves “getting ready” for Santa with giant art supplies in the “snow”.
featuring a Giant Light Bright that says LODIARTS.COM
life-size painted Jack-in-the-Boxes, sponsored by local art organizations with a person dressed up like a famous artist inside (email stacey@lodiarts.com for details if you would like to be involved in this)
Parade Walkers/Sitters: dress up as elves with oversized art supplies/art toys OR dress up as an art toy of your choice
